  1. TRA acts solely as a coordinator for vehicle charter and tour planning. All transportation services are operated by licensed and insured third-party drivers or car rental companies.
  2. While we strive to ensure service quality, TRA is not liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, personal injuries, property loss, or service quality issues that may arise during the chartered tour provided by third-party operators.
  3. Customers are responsible for securing their own travel insurance. We strongly recommend purchasing coverage for medical emergencies, cancellations, and personal belongings.
  4. It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm all booking details, including itinerary, pick-up/drop-off location, and tour duration. Please notify us of any changes at least 24 hours in advance. Late changes may not be accommodated and may incur additional charges.
  5. Overtime fees, additional sightseeing stops, or unexpected detours not included in the original agreement may incur extra charges payable directly to the driver.
  6. TRA reserves the right to refuse or cancel service in the event of unsafe weather conditions, force majeure, or inappropriate customer behavior, with or without refund depending on the situation.
  7. By confirming a booking, the customer agrees to the above terms and conditions.
