Laundry Add-On Services

    For garments at risk of dye bleeding. Clothes are washed separately with dedicated drying and folding.

  • Low-Temperature Drying – NT$150

    Recommended for heat-sensitive fabrics. Items will be dried with low-heat settings throughout the process.

  • Collar & Cuff Scrubbing – NT$20 per item

    Manual scrubbing of shirt collars and cuffs for deeper cleaning.

  • Down Jacket Cleaning – NT$50 per item

    Down jackets require special handling and more drying time. Add this charge per piece.

  • Quilted Bedding / Mattress Covers – NT$50 per item

    Applies to padded bed sheets, mattress protectors, thin quilts, bed skirts, etc.

    Must be added to B or C bedding services.

  • Rush Order (Next-Day Return) – NT$300

    Need your laundry back urgently? Use this upgrade for priority washing and return by the next business day.

    If you’re in Taipei or New Taipei, we will bring a laundry bag or provide a disposable bag if needed.

    For other cities, you’re welcome to pre-pack your laundry and leave it with your front desk, roommate, or at a designated pickup spot.

    Once collected, we will confirm the item count and service type via LINE before cleaning begins.

    Once done, we’ll return your laundry within the expected timeframe (usually 2–4 days).

    Payment can be made upon return in cash, or in advance via LINE Pay, credit card, or bank transfer.

Door-to-Door Laundry FAQ

We charge by bag, not by item. Each standard wash bag costs NT$480, and you can fill it with as many clothes as can comfortably fit (as long as the bag can be zipped shut).

⚠ If the bag cannot be zipped closed, it is considered overfilled and will require an additional charge.

Bedding combinations can vary, so we categorize them clearly:

For bedding service, we use the IKEA-size large laundry bag. Each IKEA bag can hold up to 3 pieces (e.g., a king/queen-size flat sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase — not padded).

⚠ Less than 3 still counts as 1 full bag.

For non-padded, single-size bedding, you may place up to 4 pieces (sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase, etc.) per bag.

⚠ Less than 4 still counts as 1 full bag.

Note: IKEA laundry bags are for bedding only and cannot be used for clothing. Do not mix clothes and bedding in the same bag.

If you’re sending comforters or padded blankets, we will first confirm via LINE whether they are washable.

⚠ Most comforters are not suitable for machine drying. Each comforter will be priced separately at NT$630 per piece.

No. If you haven’t purchased a TRA laundry bag, our staff will bring one to your location for the first pickup.

If you already have your own bag, you’re welcome to pre-pack your laundry before we arrive.

If you’re using an external courier to ship your laundry, please place your items in a cardboard box for the first time. We’ll return them with one of our laundry bags, which you can reuse for future orders.

Once collected, your laundry is transported to our cleaning facility.

Our trained staff will inspect and sort the items, and apply any stain treatments you’ve requested.

After that, the laundry is washed, tumble-dried, and carefully folded.

We return your items in a transparent plastic bag or a reusable laundry bag, neatly packed and ready to store.

Our standard bag measures 42x34x16 cm and fits:

  • 5–10 winter garments
  • 2–4 down jackets
  • 20–30 summer pieces

Items must fit inside the bag with the zipper fully closed.

We operate pickups from Monday to Saturday,

  • General hours: 10:00 AM – 10:30 PM
  • Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Weekend pickup availability may be limited. If your order cannot be scheduled the same week, we’ll arrange pickup for early next week.

We will confirm pickup time with you based on route and staff availability.

Because our service operates on a shared-staff model, we recommend booking at least half a day in advance to increase the chance of getting your preferred time slot.

Turnaround is usually 1–2 business days after pickup.

In Taipei & New Taipei City, most orders take 1–2 working days.

If you book on a Saturday, return is typically scheduled for Monday or Tuesday.

※ Orders requiring air-drying may take longer.

We offer pickup and delivery in all major cities across Taiwan.

  • In Taipei and New Taipei, pickups are handled directly by TRA staff.
  • For other counties and cities, delivery by logistics courier is available (with additional shipping fees depending on the location).

TRA Wash specializes in machine-washable items.

  • Please do not send hand-wash-only garments.
  • Clothes that cannot be tumble-dried must be air-dried and clearly labeled.

If you have garments that require low-temperature drying or must be air-dried only,

please separate them clearly and notify our staff in advance.

※ An additional charge will apply for low-temp drying or manual air-drying.

If you’re unsure how your clothes should be washed, you can refer to the care labels on the garment.

Yes, but please note that color separation must be done using a completely separate washer and dryer.

If you require color separation, please pre-sort your clothes into a different bag and inform our staff when scheduling.

A separate fee applies for color separation washing.

TRA Wash will neatly fold your laundry after drying, but we do not offer steam ironing for washed clothes.

Only dry cleaning items include professional pressing.

Yes. For specific stains such as oil, ink, sweat, or pet fur,

you can request our specialized stain treatment service.

Our staff will pay extra attention during washing and add pre-treatment where needed.

※ Please note we cannot guarantee 100% removal of all stains.

We follow strict handling procedures and record all laundry with 24/7 video surveillance at our facility.

Once laundry is collected, we verify item completion after washing.

If a loss or damage occurs and is verifiable, we will provide compensation based on purchase receipts:

  • Up to NT$150 per item
  • Up to NT$800 per bag

If no receipts are provided, we compensate based on estimated market value.

Please inspect your items immediately upon return and raise any claims within 7 days.

Past 7 days, video data may be deleted due to storage limits, and we will no longer be able to process disputes.

Unlike dry cleaners or laundromats that charge by item, TRA charges by bag. This is more like a bulk laundry model, so we do not count individual items in your laundry.

If you request itemized counting, a labor fee of NT$300 per bag will be charged due to the additional manpower required.

We also do not offer quantity confirmation. Therefore, if items left in the laundry bag—such as pens, lipstick, tissues, or other small objects—cause stains or damage during the wash, the company will not be held liable. We recommend checking and removing such items before handing in your laundry.

No. We follow a one-bag-per-wash policy — your laundry is never mixed with others’.

If your laundry has already been collected and processed, and you cancel, we charge NT$150–250 per bag for return shipping.

Yes. Our commercial machines are sanitized after every load and deep cleaned every three days.

Yes. We reserve the right to decline any order that doesn’t meet our hygiene, safety, or service standards.

Yes. Logistics companies have their own packaging rules. Please comply with their standards to ensure successful pickup.

Yes. Storage fee is NT$1,500/month. If stored for less than one month, it’s still charged as one full month.

Yes. If your clothing requires special treatment (e.g., low-heat drying or stain removal), please let us know when booking.
