Additional Fees That May Apply

Long Distance Between Locations

If your new home is far from the current one, additional costs will apply based on driving distance.

No Elevator Access

If there’s no elevator at either location, fees may apply for manual stair transport based on the number of floors.

Courtyard Carry

If the moving truck cannot park close to the building and movers need to walk a long distance (e.g., through courtyards), additional charges may apply.

Special or Fragile Items

Items like antiques, pianos, sculptures, or fragile goods that require extra protection or handling will incur additional care fees.

Hoisting Service

Large or heavy items that need to be lifted with a crane (e.g., through a balcony) require external hoisting services, priced separately.

Disposal Services

If old furniture or trash must be removed during the move, disposal service fees will apply.
