Hourly Cleaning (Flexible Appointments, Pay-Per-Use)
Perfect for one-time or occasional cleanings, especially for areas like bathrooms, kitchens, or floors. Our cleaners will complete the assigned tasks within your reserved time slot. Pricing is transparent and the service scope is flexible.
Important Service Notes:
- For fixed-hour bookings (1 person/4 hours), we recommend focusing on key areas such as the kitchen, bathroom, and floors.
- If you have larger needs (moving in/out, renovation cleanup, full-home deep cleaning), we suggest requesting a custom estimate.
- For large homes or post-construction cases, we may assign multiple cleaners.
- Bookings should be made at least 2–3 days in advance. Availability may be limited on holidays.
- Prepayment is required to confirm your reservation.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a fee. Emergency cancellations or mid-job rescheduling are subject to review.
- Overtime cleaning (over 4 hours) is charged at NT$200 per hour.

Service Coverage
We currently offer home cleaning in most areas of Taipei, New Taipei, and other major cities. For rural or remote zones, service eligibility will be confirmed upon request.
Subscription Cleaning Plans (Scheduled, Long-Term)
Ideal for individuals or families who want to maintain a consistently clean home. TRA will assign a dedicated cleaner and schedule, so you don’t have to rebook every time. Enjoy a more efficient and routine lifestyle.

TRA Home Cleaning – Service Terms & Guidelines
- If the customer has not completed a trial cleaning before purchasing a full plan, TRA reserves the right to approve or reject the booking based on suitability.
- After booking, our cleaner(s) will confirm arrival time the day before your scheduled service (arrival time may vary slightly based on traffic or holidays).
- Service Duration: 3 months validity. Bi-weekly plan (6 sessions) must be completed within 100 days. Weekly plan (12 sessions) must be completed within 120 days.
- Holiday Surcharge: For bookings during national holidays or long weekends, a surcharge of NT$200 per cleaner per 4 hours will apply.
- If you need to change your cleaning date/time, please notify us at least 3 days in advance via Line concierge. Any sudden changes may result in cancellation or penalties.
- If you cancel or reschedule a service within 2 days of the appointment due to unforeseen issues, the appointment will be treated as used and charged as such. Cancellations or rescheduling on the day of the appointment or the night before (after 6 p.m.) will incur a NT$600 penalty per cleaner. Rescheduling is allowed once. Frequent changes or conflicts with assigned cleaner availability may affect future bookings.
- If the cleaner cannot access your building or your space is not suitable for cleaning (e.g. major renovation, construction, no elevator, etc.), and we are unable to perform the service, on-site charges (NT$300 per 4 hours per cleaner) may apply. If necessary, we may postpone the service.

*We highly recommend choosing a Deep Clean or Move-In/Move-Out Clean if your home is post-renovation, pre-move-in, post-construction, or heavily soiled. These require separate quotes.

Important Reminders
- 30 minutes before the service ends, the service provider will ask for your approval. If any part of the cleaning requires extra attention, our staff may perform “immediate intensive treatment” on the spot.
- Before the staff leaves, please inspect the results and surroundings. Signing the checklist confirms that the inspection is complete. Proxy sign-off is allowed. If you discover any damage or dissatisfaction, please contact our customer support immediately so we can resolve the issue before leaving the site.
- By signing the checklist, you acknowledge that you have no objection to the inspection results. If disputes arise after completion, TRA reserves the right to investigate and determine the resolution approach.
