Hourly Cleaning (Flexible Appointments, Pay-Per-Use)

Perfect for one-time or occasional cleanings, especially for areas like bathrooms, kitchens, or floors. Our cleaners will complete the assigned tasks within your reserved time slot. Pricing is transparent and the service scope is flexible.

Important Service Notes:

  1. For fixed-hour bookings (1 person/4 hours), we recommend focusing on key areas such as the kitchen, bathroom, and floors.
  2. If you have larger needs (moving in/out, renovation cleanup, full-home deep cleaning), we suggest requesting a custom estimate.
  3. For large homes or post-construction cases, we may assign multiple cleaners.
  4. Bookings should be made at least 2–3 days in advance. Availability may be limited on holidays.
  5. Prepayment is required to confirm your reservation.
  6. Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a fee. Emergency cancellations or mid-job rescheduling are subject to review.
  7. Overtime cleaning (over 4 hours) is charged at NT$200 per hour.

Service Coverage

We currently offer home cleaning in most areas of Taipei, New Taipei, and other major cities. For rural or remote zones, service eligibility will be confirmed upon request.

Subscription Cleaning Plans (Scheduled, Long-Term)

Ideal for individuals or families who want to maintain a consistently clean home. TRA will assign a dedicated cleaner and schedule, so you don’t have to rebook every time. Enjoy a more efficient and routine lifestyle.

TRA Home Cleaning – Service Terms & Guidelines

  1. If the customer has not completed a trial cleaning before purchasing a full plan, TRA reserves the right to approve or reject the booking based on suitability.
  2. After booking, our cleaner(s) will confirm arrival time the day before your scheduled service (arrival time may vary slightly based on traffic or holidays).
  3. Service Duration: 3 months validity. Bi-weekly plan (6 sessions) must be completed within 100 days. Weekly plan (12 sessions) must be completed within 120 days.
  4. Holiday Surcharge: For bookings during national holidays or long weekends, a surcharge of NT$200 per cleaner per 4 hours will apply.
  5. If you need to change your cleaning date/time, please notify us at least 3 days in advance via Line concierge. Any sudden changes may result in cancellation or penalties.
  6. If you cancel or reschedule a service within 2 days of the appointment due to unforeseen issues, the appointment will be treated as used and charged as such. Cancellations or rescheduling on the day of the appointment or the night before (after 6 p.m.) will incur a NT$600 penalty per cleaner. Rescheduling is allowed once. Frequent changes or conflicts with assigned cleaner availability may affect future bookings.
  7. If the cleaner cannot access your building or your space is not suitable for cleaning (e.g. major renovation, construction, no elevator, etc.), and we are unable to perform the service, on-site charges (NT$300 per 4 hours per cleaner) may apply. If necessary, we may postpone the service.

*We highly recommend choosing a Deep Clean or Move-In/Move-Out Clean if your home is post-renovation, pre-move-in, post-construction, or heavily soiled. These require separate quotes.

Hourly Cleaning FAQ

  1. Floor scrubbing, dishwashing, laundry, or changing bed linens.

  2. Moving furniture or assisting with heavy lifting (including shifting or carrying furniture across floors).

  3. Deep window cleaning (e.g., removing screens or using ladders to reach high areas).

  4. Cleaning fans, exhaust fans, or similar fixtures.

  5. Pre-move-in/post-renovation/long-vacant spaces or deep cleaning requirements—please consider Full House Cleaning Services.

  6. Garbage disposal: Clients should consolidate trash to a designated area; cleaners may help move trash downstairs if time and situation permit.

  7. Pet waste removal or cleanup of animal-related residues.

As Hourly Cleaning Service is scheduled in advance, temporary extensions may not be available.
If your cleaning requires more time than planned, we recommend switching to a Value Deep Cleaning Plan for a more thorough assessment.

TRA’s hourly cleaning staff will bring their own basic cleaning supplies and tools (excluding vacuum cleaners, ladders, or chairs due to transportation restrictions).
If specific cleaning equipment, trash bags, or special cleaning agents are required, the customer must provide them.

  1. Taipei City (excluding mountain areas such as Mingde, Zhishan Road, Yangmingshan, and Hushan Road up to the summit. Service is available to most downtown districts).

  2. New Taipei City (Limited coverage in Jinshan, Shuangxi, Wulai, Tamsui, Bali, Sanzhi, Shiding, Pinglin, Wugu, Luzhou, Yonghe, Zhonghe, Banqiao, Xindian, and parts of Tucheng and Sanxia. Please inquire in advance for special requests).

  3. Taoyuan, Hsinchu, Keelung, Taichung, Tainan, Kaohsiung: Some suburban areas may be unavailable; please consult us before booking.

  4. Due to transportation limitations, some remote areas may incur additional travel fees or be out of range.

TRA’s hourly cleaning services support two payment methods: credit card and bank transfer.

  1. Credit Card: When placing a reservation, the credit card information is securely stored. The system will charge the card only after the booking is confirmed and a staff member is scheduled.

  2. Bank Transfer: After your reservation date is confirmed, you will receive the account details. Please complete the transfer within 3 days (and before the service date). Be sure to notify us after payment so we can confirm your booking. Delays may affect your reservation.

If you cancel your order, the refund will be processed as follows:

  1. Credit Card: Once the system confirms the cancellation, the refund will be automatically processed. It typically takes 7–14 business days for the refund to be credited to your account. It will appear as two separate entries on your credit card statement: one for the initial charge and one for the refund.

Note: If your credit card billing cycle ends before the refund is processed, both the original charge and the refund may appear on different statements.

  1. Bank Transfer: If your cancellation is due to a customer-related reason, any handling or transaction fees will be borne by the customer. If the cancellation is caused by TRA, we will bear the related fees.

Subscription Cleaning Plans FAQ

  1. Mopping floors, washing dishes, doing laundry, or changing bed linens and mattress covers.
  2. Cleaning areas that require climbing or moving heavy furniture (unless tools are provided and the area is within reachable range).
  3. Cleaning ceilings, exhaust fans, or other tasks that require climbing.
  4. Post-move-in/move-out or renovation cleaning, vacant home cleanups, and large-scale deep cleaning.
  5. Taking trash outside: please prepare a designated trash area. Cleaners may assist in carrying bags downstairs only if time permits.
  6. Handling pet waste, large volumes of garbage, or biological waste.

Subscription Cleaning Plans are limited to one fixed address per order.
If you need services at multiple addresses, please place separate orders so we can assign appropriate staff accordingly.

Subscription Cleaning Plans are based on weekday service.
If you need weekend or holiday service, please confirm availability with our customer support.
An additional fee of NT$200 per cleaner per 4-hour session applies to holiday appointments.

If you need to change your service time (morning or afternoon), please notify us at least 3 days in advance through .

Our team will help coordinate the change; however, final adjustments will still depend on the availability of staff and logistics.

Cancellation Fee: If fewer than half of the sessions have been completed, a cancellation fee will be charged—NT$1,000 for bi-weekly and NT$2,000 for weekly plans.

If more than half of the services have been completed, the refund will be calculated based on the remaining balance after deducting completed sessions. A processing fee of NT$500/NT$1,000 will apply respectively.

Important Reminders

  1. 30 minutes before the service ends, the service provider will ask for your approval. If any part of the cleaning requires extra attention, our staff may perform “immediate intensive treatment” on the spot.
  2. Before the staff leaves, please inspect the results and surroundings. Signing the checklist confirms that the inspection is complete. Proxy sign-off is allowed. If you discover any damage or dissatisfaction, please contact our customer support immediately so we can resolve the issue before leaving the site.
  3. By signing the checklist, you acknowledge that you have no objection to the inspection results. If disputes arise after completion, TRA reserves the right to investigate and determine the resolution approach.
